RESERVATION POLICY

1. Booking Requirements
- All rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and availability.
- Last-minute bookings cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans may change. However, to maintain efficiency for our drivers and operations:
Riders must provide at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled ride.
3. Changes to Reservations
- Requests for changes to existing reservations (e.g., pick-up time or location) must be made at least 3 hours in advance.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the request.
4. Additional Fees
- If a rider is more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled pickup location without prior notice, a $5 late fee will be added to their total fare.
