COMVOY USA provides elevated transportation services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful, responsible manner.
Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations must be made in advance through approved booking channels website or by phone.
Cancellations must be made within our cancellation window 3 hours before pickup to avoid charges. -
No-shows or late cancellations may result in fees.
Conduct & Safety
We prioritize safety and professionalism. COMVOY reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a passenger:

Engages in abusive, violent, or unsafe behavior.

Appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.

Violates our cleanliness or conduct policies.
Payments
All payments must be made at the time of booking or immediately following service completion. We accept major credit/debit cards via secure third-party payment processors.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate contact and pickup/drop-off information.

Be on time for scheduled rides.

Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.

Limitation of Liability
COMVOY USA is not liable for:

COMVOY USA, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or delays, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

COMVOY reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with applicable law.
